James is a solicitor and qualified licensed conveyancer. With over a decade of experience helping clients with their needs and queries, he specialises in wills and probate, asset protection, and residential conveyancing.
Away from work, James enjoys playing golf with his young son and travelling with his family.
Steve Malpass
Steve is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. He qualified in 2001 in the top one percent in the country in contract law. Steve provides expert legal advice on many issues including estate planning (including wills and probate), Lasting Powers of Attorney, proceedings in the Court of Protection, landlord & tenant, employment law and litigation.
A keen runner, Steve has taken part in a number of half marathons, and you’ll generally find him at Park Run on a Saturday morning.
